HR Business Partner

Apart from the obvious training in Businessmanship we also work with other areas of skills and knowledge required to be a true HR Business Partner. We discuss the traditional roles but focus on how to be a Strategic Partner.HR should be the obvious link between Business and People and is therefore at the core of any business activity.

The training can be set up to handle groups with only HR participants or it can be designed to be cross functional. No previous financial training is required.

Target group:    Top and Senior Executives
Seminar time:    Step 1 = 3-4 days, Step 2 = 1-2 days
Number of participants:    16-20

One Year Business

This program was originally set up to suit an R&D department but it has now been adapted to suit almost any function or combination of functions. We designed the program to be a competitor to schools like INSEAD and other fancy institutions. Why not have us over to present a very interesting alternative that is cheaper, more time efficient and last but not least tailored to your business. Unlike the previously mentioned program this program is mainly handled from “the office”. We meet 6-10 times in a year and totally some 15-20 days. Support in between seminars is provided in different ways adapted to your needs. This program has to have a continuous link to real life to be 100%. Before the program starts we have defined “gates of delivery” during the year. These are meetings when presentations are being made by the participants.

The training starts up with a Businessmanship seminar to ensure that everyone has the same theoretical/practical understanding of a Business. See more about this part of the training under Businessmanship.

The year is divided into two principally different parts, where the first 6 months are quite general and designed to create a basis for further and more in depth activities during the second half of the year. We have tried to minimize the home work part to avoid participants being overloaded with work, there is still however a fair amount of work to be done at home individually or in your team.

One on One

One consultant from us coaches, supports and challenges you individually over a period of time. Typically we will support you in your effort to become a professional communicator using different types of medias. It might be so that you feel that you require an update on the financial relationships or perhaps you want to sharpen your ability to inform others on financial realities in your company. We help you create tailored presentations that are both understandable and attractive to any chosen target group.

The exact setup of this delivery has to be defined after meetings and interviews.
