In order to be efficient you have to understand the meaning of what you are doing and have faith in the fact that you can do it. Creating Trust and Meaning is as we see it the core of Leadership. If you know how to handle these two words on the Individual, Team and Company level, then you are in a good position to achieve very positive results. To be able to work with this concept you must have a common language in the company that everyone understands. This will not only create involvement, but also strengthen self esteem and ensure honesty. As a basis for the learning and development thinking we use the “Learning Circle”. This is a way of thinking that can also be applied in the workplace.
